How RadioU works 

RadioU is available on SES Americom's AMC-1 satellite. With an industry standard 1.6m or larger Ku-band receive dish and an affordable Comstream ABR-202 receiver, you can use our programming with virtually any automation system capable of interpreting relay closures.

Our studio audio is uncompressed 44.1 kHz linear digital, gently conditioned by Omnia processing technology, and encoded at 192 kbps to the satellite, allowing us to send the cleanest possible audio to our affiliates.

Clear Channel Satellite Services in Denver provides our satellite space and technical support for our affiliates.
